We are currently seeking a skilled Stakeholder Manager (Railway Freight Business) to be assigned to our client in the government sector in Doha, Qatar.
In order to succeed in this position, we hope to assist the freight expert and the railway business expert in creating the rail freight business plan for the GCC Railway.
Approaching prospective clients and asking them whether they would be interested in using rail would help the Rail Freight Business Expert conduct a market study.
Talking with prospective clients about certain business opportunities, figuring out their needs, and creating business models.
The assistance in preparing the documentation needed for the procurement procedure, such as the tender documents.
Requirements:
In order to succeed in this exciting opportunity, we expect that you have worked for more than ten years in multinational transportation and logistics enterprises where railway services are a primary business. A logistics service provider’s sales representative. creation of railway-client sales agreements in collaboration with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.
Extensive familiarity with the sales operations of a logistics service provider that specialises in rail operations.
Strong sales meeting and negotiating skills with possible customers.
Capable of persuading others of the benefits of rail freight.
Creation of commercial contracts, memorandums of understanding, letters of intent, and similar documents.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
