Head of Offshore Maintenance

Come work with us and be a part of a team committed to improving the planet and providing better energy solutions. * Job Purpose: To provide safe, dependable start-up and life cycle maintenance of the new facilities, plan, optimise, and deliver project maintenance readiness deliverables (people, spares, maintenance plans, EQDB, CMMS, procedures, and work processes).

For foreign workers, this accountability is a requirement of their job. Important Workplace Responsibilities * Oversee and create the maintenance scope for projects that are allocated from FEED, EPC, and Commissioning/Start until they are turned over to the long-term company. * Assure that projects are implemented in compliance with QGPMS and that Qatargas processes are consistent. * Help create the new asset maintenance organisation and cultivate the necessary skills and knowledge. * Create, track, and deliver deliverables related to project maintenance preparedness. * Create maintenance agreements and track their effectiveness. * Provide projects with pertinent Lessons Learnt and guarantee their successful implementation. * Coordinate project requirements by assigning seasoned Qatargas employees to take part in various reviews, including P&ID, HAZOP, 3D model, and risk assessments.

Well versed in project experience (construction, commissioning, Start-up and stable operations). * Experience in maintenance deliverables (Spares, CMMS, RCM, Maintenance Strategies and Staffing competency). Technical and Business Skills * Strong planning and target delivery skills. * Strong negotiation skills. * Able to work and make decisions under highly stressing conditions. * Fluent in written and spoken English. * Strong leadership & people skills. * Computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP.

Requirements:

* Ten years of maintenance experience in the petrochemical, oil, or gas sector, including three years in supervisory positions, with pertinent exposure to LNG and in both onshore and offshore settings. * well-versed in building, commissioning, startup, and stable operations projects. * Experience with maintenance deliverables, including staffing competency, spares, CMMS, RCM, and maintenance strategies.
