Quantity Surveyor

Employment: Full-Time
• At least 15 years of experience working as a quantity surveyor for the development of roads, utilities, surface and ground water networks, or building and infrastructure projects in an architecture, engineering and planning consulting business.
• Working familiarity with FIDIC contract forms
• Knowledge of the monthly valuation of building projects under preparation.
• Expertise in evaluating the contractor’s claims.
• Well-documented records.
• Getting ready to submit all final accounts, claims, SI, VO, and change requests.

With the engineer’s approval, a bachelor’s degree in a quantity surveying discipline from an accredited university is required.
• It is required to have a Grade A Qatar Ministry of Municipality Certified Quantity Surveying certification.
• A chartered professional certification (such as RICS, AIQS, etc.) or its equivalent is preferable.
