Responsibilities
Oversee a group of mid-market account executives who are committed to bringing in new business for the DACH area.
Draw in, employ, and keep top people with a capacity for learning and development.
Encourage a culture of high performance and accountability to meet and beyond monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Coach, oversee, and cultivate sellers with a focus on lifelong learning and skill-gap closure
Create scalable procedures that promote uniform team performance.
Keep a close eye on sales activities, pipeline, and projections to proactively adjust to shifting circumstances.
Requirements
Lead a team of mid-market account professionals who are dedicated to expanding the DACH region’s clientele.
Attract, hire, and retain top talent with the ability to grow and learn.
